Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging global trends (2024-2026 horizon) to identify strategic opportunities and risks
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for AI integration, climate resilience, and workforce transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-state capabilities
- Produce annual 'Future Impact Reports' with quantitative forecasts and strategic recommendations
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness metrics across innovation pipeline
- Present foresight insights to investors, board members, and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with 5+ year planning experience
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, circular economy, or neurotechnology trends
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable plans
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
