Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive product vision and strategy for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-impact features on time.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for innovation.
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation and concept through to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, communicating complex technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical audiences alike.
- Drive the adoption of agile methodologies and ensure the team maintains high velocity and quality standards.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product management or product leadership roles within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching complex products and managing large-scale roadmaps.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable product strategies.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and familiarity with modern product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Linear).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
