- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions (AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Author strategic white papers on ethical tech adoption and societal impact
- Manage innovation pipeline with focus on climate-positive technologies
- Present future visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurism consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products (portfolio required)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
