Responsibilities
- Scan global technology and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop and maintain the company's 10-year innovation roadmap with quarterly strategic pivots
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and testing future-focused solutions
- Present foresight frameworks and trend analyses to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Drive culture of innovation through hackathons and internal incubation programs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership within tech or consulting
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience managing high-impact innovation projects
- Advanced degree in relevant field (preferred)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation case studies
