Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation strategies
- Produce scenario-based roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate resilience)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and policy think tanks
- Present future-vision briefings to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Oversee the creation of 'Future Labs' – experimental initiatives testing 2026-relevant concepts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, sustainable systems)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from WFS or APF)
