- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings on disruptive market shifts
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops for Fortune 500 leadership teams
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation ROI and market adaptation velocity
- Manage relationships with academic institutions and R&D partners in emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Executive presence with exceptional stakeholder management across global organizations
- Published author or frequent keynote speaker on future-focused topics
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
