Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with commercial viability
- Design scenario planning models for geopolitical and market disruptions
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work transformations
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Translate complex future trends into actionable business roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Experience facilitating executive-level scenario planning sessions
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, APF) preferred
