- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps for quantum computing applications and neural interface systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping next-gen human-AI collaboration frameworks
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging technologies (biotech, AGI, climate resilience)
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
- Drive adoption of ethical AI governance frameworks across product development lifecycle
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural interfaces, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technology impact forecasting
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., CFP) or equivalent experience
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
