Responsibilities
- Anticipate global mega-trends and technological disruptions impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for product innovation
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scanning' teams to identify exponential growth opportunities
- Design and implement foresight methodologies including Delphi panels and trend analysis
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future insights into tangible innovation projects
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and exponential technologies
- Exceptional research and analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive-level influence
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy preferred
