Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, energy, and manufacturing sectors
- Conduct horizon-scanning research using predictive analytics to identify emerging technology inflection points
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-proofing strategies
- Produce white papers and thought leadership pieces published in Nature and MIT Tech Review
- Mentor junior futurists through our proprietary 'Futurecasting' certification program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Innovation Management
- 10+ years in strategic foresight roles with demonstrable impact on Fortune 500 portfolios
- Published research on exponential technologies or paradigm shifts in at least one peer-reviewed journal
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies including Delphi, Scenario Planning, and Trend Impact Analysis
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 infrastructure and decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- Track record of securing $5M+ innovation grants from NSF, DARPA, or equivalent bodies
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
