What you'll accomplish: Lead horizon scanning initiatives, develop predictive frameworks, and present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders. You'll spearhead cross-functional innovation sprints and author thought leadership that positions our clients as industry pioneers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and market trends through 2026
- Develop predictive frameworks for technological adoption and societal impact
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Author thought leadership reports and client presentations on future scenarios
- Advise on portfolio strategy for emerging tech investments
- Facilitate workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Expertise in trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology
- Proven track record of developing future scenario planning frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or strategic foresight
- Experience advising Fortune 500 clients on technological disruption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
