Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, market trends, and disruptive forces through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks to prepare for alternative future environments
- Design and execute innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing advancements
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development lifecycles
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and external partners through compelling narratives
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting long-term business strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic transformation
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains (AI, Web3, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
