Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual trend reports identifying disruptive forces shaping 2026 markets
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future opportunities
- Build predictive models using proprietary data analytics and horizon-scanning methodologies
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders including board members and VCs
- Mentor junior futurists in our Future Leadership Development Program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in innovation strategy or trend analysis at Fortune 500 level
- Proven track record of publishing industry-recognized trend forecasts
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (portfolio required)
