Responsibilities
- Develop 10-year strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams to prototype future solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology) for commercial applications
- Create executive-level trend reports with actionable recommendations for board presentations
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, VCs, and academic researchers
- Design and facilitate 'Future Vision' workshops for Fortune 500 partners
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs for disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
