Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends, market shifts, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate breakthrough solutions addressing future human needs
- Present strategic insights to executive board and investor stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate next-generation concepts through user testing
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global innovation forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation culture through knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in technology forecasting or corporate innovation strategy
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AGI, quantum computing, neural interfaces, and synthetic biology
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic innovation frameworks
- Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in trend forecasting tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Strong presentation abilities with experience influencing executive decision-making
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurism work or implemented innovation initiatives
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and systems thinking approaches
