Responsibilities

- Produce strategic whitepapers and trend briefs for stakeholder decision-making
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready principles into development
- Establish foresight metrics to track predictive accuracy of strategic initiatives
- Represent company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Experience with emerging technologies (blockchain, neurotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
