Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech paradigms (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications through 2026+
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to guide R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Partner with executive leadership to embed future-readiness into corporate strategy
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops on innovation adoption and disruption preparedness
- Identify and cultivate relationships with academic research institutions and startups
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of predicting and commercializing emerging trends
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFrA) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend-to-strategy translation
