- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for exponential growth and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Present executive briefings on future disruption vectors and strategic pivots
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive innovation and future-proofing
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops for cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in technology trend analysis and scenario planning
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Strong data synthesis abilities across quantitative and qualitative domains
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
