- Partner with C-suite to embed foresight into corporate strategy and R&D pipelines
- Produce trend reports and thought leadership content for industry summits
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI for 2026 initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences and board-level reporting
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with strategic planning tools like STEEP, Delphi, or Horizon Scanning
