- Partner with C-suite executives to align R&D priorities with future market demands
- Deliver strategic foresight reports for Fortune 500 clients and UN sustainability forums
- Design and facilitate innovation sprints with cross-disciplinary teams
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and premier futurist conferences
- Mentor next-gen talent in innovation methodologies and ethical tech deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive innovation frameworks
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI governance, and circular economy models
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/DF, WFS) or equivalent
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into stakeholder narratives
