Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to map 3-5 year innovation horizons
- Develop future-proofing roadmaps for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 partners
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development pipelines
- Author quarterly 'Future State' briefs distributed to industry stakeholders
- Identify and validate disruptive business models for 2026 market landscapes
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Represent company at global innovation forums (e.g., CES, Web Summit)
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercialized products
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures narratives
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams in agile environments
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
