- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Present executive-level recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Design and implement innovation pipelines for Fortune 500 clients
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of publishing foresight reports adopted by industry leaders
- Expertise in systems thinking, trend analysis, and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, biotech, and climate solutions
- Exceptional presentation skills with 100+ executive engagements
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation strategies implemented by 2023
