Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology foresight frameworks through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for cutting-edge research
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and Board of Directors
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
- Author white papers on emerging societal impacts of technological disruption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
