Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026-2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 10-year market projections
- Architect scalable frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision execution
- Translate foresight insights into actionable R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investment committees
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data synthesis and trend analysis capabilities
- Track record of translating future scenarios into commercial innovations
- Strong presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP, FP&A)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ innovation frameworks successfully implemented
