Responsibilities
- Develop and publish the annual 'Horizon Report 2026' analyzing disruptive technologies across AI, biotech, and space sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for climate adaptation, workforce evolution, and ethical AI governance
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and nurture exponential startups aligned with 2026 megatrends
- Represent the company at global futurism summits and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
- Build and mentor a dedicated foresight team using advanced trend-mapping tools and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term technology roadmaps with measurable impact
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning methodologies, and exponential trend analysis
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience advising executive leadership teams
- Published thought leadership in futures studies or innovation management (required portfolio submission)
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Science, or related field preferred
