Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptors through 2026
- Develop and publish annual innovation roadmaps with quantifiable impact metrics
- Partner with C-suite executives to align long-term strategy with future-proofing initiatives
- Facilitate scenario-planning workshops for 5-year strategic pivots
- Author thought leadership content positioning InnovateCorp as a future-ready pioneer
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Drive R&D investments in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial blueprints
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Experience with scenario-planning frameworks and strategic foresight tools
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
