- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive innovation roadmap with 3-5 year strategic vision
- Analyze disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for market applicability and competitive advantage
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product development plans
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors with compelling data visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of industry experts, academics, and innovation thought leaders
- Quantify market opportunities and risks through scenario modeling and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Business Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR) and their business applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Outstanding communication abilities to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable business impact
