Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year foresight program mapping technological, social, and economic trends through 2030
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable innovation strategies
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry disruptors, academic partners, and futurist networks
- Quantify market opportunities for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Design strategic roadmaps for new ventures and market expansion initiatives
- Present future insights to executive leadership and investor communities
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation pipeline velocity and strategic impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of launching successful future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing high-performing innovation teams and budgets
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from the School of Thinking)
