Responsibilities
- Design scalable ML pipelines for quantum computing integration
- Develop autonomous decisioning frameworks using reinforcement learning
- Implement ethical AI governance protocols for 2026 compliance
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying generative AI solutions
- Research and prototype novel neural architectures for edge AI

Qualifications
- 8+ years in ML/AI with 3+ in quantum computing
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum ML frameworks
- Published research in top-tier ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in distributed systems (Kubernetes, Spark)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/AI/Quantum Physics
