Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and foresight research to identify emerging technologies and societal trends through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 market predictions and technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable R&D initiatives
- Quantify market opportunities for breakthrough technologies through data-driven trend analysis
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into existing portfolios
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders with compelling narratives
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry experts, academic partners, and innovation scouts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology, or related field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
