Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizational resilience and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Translate foresight insights into actionable strategic initiatives with measurable KPIs
- Build and maintain a Future Intelligence Network through industry partnerships and academic collaborations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and Board of Directors
- Champion a culture of innovation through internal workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation projects required
