Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026+
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-focused solutions
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Author thought leadership content on future trends and their business implications
- Guide R&D investments toward breakthrough technologies with 5-10 year horizons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven experience translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology impact assessment
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data storytelling skills
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences and external stakeholders
- Portfolio of published foresight work or implemented innovation initiatives
