- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and global megatrends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating disruptive transitions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership teams on future-ready innovation priorities
- Author high-impact trend reports and whitepapers published in industry-leading journals
- Design and pilot experimental initiatives testing future business models and workforce paradigms
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards with compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Published thought leadership in future-of-work, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Shell Two Loops, Delphi Technique)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., TrendMapper, Horizon Scanning software)
- Experience advising C-suite on digital transformation and future-proofing strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 implemented future-focused initiatives
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex concepts into executive narratives
