Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends through horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives for 2026+ market positioning
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions in rapid innovation sprints
- Conduct competitive intelligence and ecosystem mapping to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present futuristic insights to C-suite executives and board members through compelling data visualizations
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation pipeline maturity and ROI for future-focused initiatives
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers to accelerate innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Innovation, Futures Studies, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in innovation strategy, corporate foresight, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies in tech-driven industries
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping environments
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management (e.g., APF, CPSI) preferred
