Responsibilities

- Establish innovation incubation programs for emerging opportunities
- Monitor global tech policy and ethical implications of breakthrough innovations

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional analytical and systems modeling capabilities
- Deep understanding of socio-technical disruption patterns
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
