- Design and execute organizational transformation initiatives aligning with future workforce paradigms
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Mentor innovation teams in futures-thinking methodologies and adaptive leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record translating futuristic concepts into commercialized products/services
