- Partner with C-suite to integrate foresight into strategic planning and investment decisions
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for global market transformations
- Present future vision to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in innovation strategy or trend analysis at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology adoption curves
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and technical teams
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
