Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts relevant to 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for organizations to navigate disruption and capture future opportunities
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and long-term vision development
- Produce forward-looking research reports and predictive models for C-suite decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry innovators
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and innovation roadmaps
- Advolve in product development for future-focused client solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies for organizations
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data-driven foresight approach
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.) and societal megatrends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
