Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech domains
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Present future trend analyses to executive leadership and board members
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps
- Author quarterly trend reports and whitepapers for industry publication
- Mentor junior futurists and build a network of domain experts
- Advantage: Participate in global tech policy forums on behalf of the company
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategy
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership in recognized industry journals
- Experience with AI/ML trend analysis tools and data visualization
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite decision-making
