Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and global megatrends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive innovations (quantum computing, bio-integration, neural interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision execution
- Author strategic white papers and trend briefs for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with future human needs
- Monitor geopolitical and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Represent the company at global foresight conferences and innovation summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting technological disruptions with documented impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on innovation roadmaps
- Portfolio published foresight research or strategic frameworks
