- Partner with R&D to translate emerging technologies into market-ready products with 3-5 year roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Deliver executive briefings on technological disruption risks and opportunities
- Architect Horizon's 2026 talent strategy for specialized future-skill acquisition
- Champion ethical innovation principles in all future-facing initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy at Fortune 500 level
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, synthetic biology, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend synthesis skills with published thought leadership
- Experience building innovation ecosystems with venture capital, academia, and government partners
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, CFP) or equivalent practical experience
