Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and board members
- Partner with R&D to commercialize emerging technologies ahead of market adoption
- Build and manage an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author forward-looking thought leadership for industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Published thought leader in future studies with proven trend-forecasting accuracy
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation skills with experience to Fortune 500 audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic implementations
