What you'll achieve:
• Shape 5-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
• Lead scenario-planning workshops using proprietary HorizonScan™ methodology
• Develop AI-driven trend analysis frameworks
• Present strategic insights to executive boards and industry summits
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using quantitative/qualitative research
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Develop predictive models for climate tech, biotech, and AI convergence impacts
- Present executive briefings translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Author thought leadership for industry publications and conferences
- Integrate ESG and ethical foresight into corporate planning
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Certification in Foresight, Strategic Foresight Group, or equivalent
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5+ year strategic foresight projects
