Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Author quarterly future-state reports for executive leadership
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for commercial viability
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor global regulatory and ethical implications of emerging tech
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Design preferred
