- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic innovation frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and market whitespace
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Produce scenario-planning models for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against strategic milestones
- Present compelling futures narratives to stakeholders and inspire organizational adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or business models
