Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends shaping 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for disruptive innovation across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare organizations for future disruptions
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, synthetic biology, quantum systems
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
