Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market disruptions, and socio-cultural shifts to forecast industry developments through 2026
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive innovation pipeline aligned with long-term corporate vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products, services, and business models
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-driven scenarios and risk assessments
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and startups for emerging technology scouting
- Create thought leadership content (reports, whitepapers, keynote presentations) to position company as innovation authority
- Monitor and evaluate competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities and threats
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable tech
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (preferred)
- Experience in high-growth tech or consulting environments
