- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruptors and societal shifts
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and strategic pivots
- Manage an innovation portfolio spanning prototyping to market validation
- Partner with R&D to integrate emerging technologies into core offerings
- Present foresight insights to investors and board members
- Build a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and technology adoption curves
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, WFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight methodologies and deliverables
