Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational capabilities with emerging market opportunities
- Curate and facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints using design thinking and foresight methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers positioning our brand as a future-ready authority
- Manage a portfolio of pilot projects validating futuristic concepts in real-world environments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field with 7+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-focused strategies in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing executive decision-making
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, SFI preferred)
