Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 5-year technology foresight frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, and climate tech sectors
- Design and validate future-state business models and revenue streams
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership on emerging tech trends
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with future-tech focus
- Proven track record in developing long-term tech roadmaps (2025+)
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable systems
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- C-suite presentation experience with Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology preferred
